(b) Cleaning of floor wall tiles with operation of suction sweepers as per standards laid down procedure for cleaning of swimming pools and manual operation of suction sweepers attached with motor-pump sets, complete cleaning by the experienced skilled persons everyday. (c)Washing the filteration plant room after cleaning with broom (on daily basis and complete pump house building including periphery of 02 Nos pressure filter, sluice valve, pipe lines, LT panel etc. (d)Cleaning of over flow water channel of swimming pool.(e)Removing dust and dirt from atmosphere due to wind effects. Leaves, foliage, plastics and other all floated metarials /insects from pool water with the help of leaf skimmer net set from pool area to outside of the pool not less than 100 mtr.(f) Maintain water quality of swimming pool by mixing chemicals as required. (g)The water in the pool is lost due to back washing, evaporation and body drips etc and it is must to make up for lost water in the balancing tank everyday.(h)Backwashing is must on every 8 hours of filtration plant running and to be done by using the balancing tank water only. |
| 13 | Note:- (i)Cleaning shall be carried out to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(ii)The work shall be daily supervised byone experienced supervisor of the contractor as per Condition 25 of IAFW-2249 (General Condition of Contract). A recovery of Rs 500/- shall be made from the Contractor\"s dues, if supervisor fails to supervise the work on daily basis. (iii) Daily maintenance of swimming pool is to be carried out as per operating time schedule of swimming pool wef 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. (iv) Surrounding areas of the pool incl plant room shall be cleaned after 3:00 PM & upto 5:30 PM. (v) Chemicals will be measured & paid separatly. (vi)If the quality of water are not maintained by the Contractor, a penal recovery of Rs 1000/- shall be made on this account. (vii)The rate quoted is inclusive of T&P such as oxygen mask, air compressor, oxygen cylinder, safety rope, brush wire mess etc and all accessories reqd for under water cleaning of slope area at deep end for diving persons.(viii)Daily chemical testing of swimming pool to be carried out by contractor rep in present of engr-in-charge. (ix) The work shall be carried out all 07 days in a week incl sunday/hoilday. (x) Contractor shall take all safety precautions and all safety tools shall be provided by the Contractor to the working staff. In case of any mishappening / casualty happens to men etc, no claim whatsoever in this respect will be admissible, the entire responsibility shall be of the Contractor and no compensation will be entertained in this regard by the department. Diving person\"s life insurance and any emergencies like insurance, compensation etc shall be liability of the Contractor. Cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (xi) Any damage occurred to the assets during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost. (xii)The contractor shall be responsible for making good the damages occurred due to negligence in workmanship during cleaning of chamber/tank. The decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final and binding with regard to a particular defects /damages / breakage of existing equipments / lines / structures etc during cleaning which may be caused due to contractor’s people. |
