1.Design and preparation of architectural design/drawings, structural design/drawings,schedule of finishes, Design and internal services schedules as per scope for subject work (attached at Appendix \"C\"). 2. “GRIHA” guideline for Green Building Norms to be followed as per latest GRIHA VERSION MANUAL or latest SVA GRIHA MANUAL (as applicable) to ensure minimum 3-star GRIHA rating and Super ECBC Compliance. Methodology and scope to be adopted is specified in tender document . List of bldgs and total approx plinth area ( 14652.75 Sqm)as follows. \"GRIHA\" guidelines and Norms shall be followed for buildings as specified at Appendix \"C\". 3. Preparation of Estimate ,Yard stick and BOQ including detailed working out details duly priced on SSR 2020 and latest market rate for all structures & services.Format for Estimation , BOQ, Abstract, Yard stick, Break down of quantities, Break down of quantities of Materials & Cost , Break down of labourers as.mentioned in tender documents. Note: The contractor is required to submit all its submittals like Drawings, Documents, reports, Schedules, invoice copies, etc. in 2 (Two) Hard & 1 (One) soft (CD/DVD) copies at the time of approval and 5 (five) Hard & 2 (Two) soft (CD/DVD) copies in case of final submission.
