| 1 | Annual maintenance of Schneider make 11 K.V. VCB trolley (30 Nos.) in EUDD Rajajipuram installed at 33/11 K.V. Sub-Stations by complete repairing and overhauling of trolley by on lowering, Raising mechanism and proper setting and adjusting the mechanism including adjustment of tripping and closing mechanism by cleaning, oiling, greasing, wiping in such a manner so that tripping and closing time should be in limit. Each time of overhauling, closing and tripping time will be taken by timer and adjusted as per requirement with coordination and checking the relay setting also. Repair and maintenance of spare heater, Taking the megger result and preparing the overhauling report with breaker timing etc. dully signed by J.E. and S.D.O. with Photograph with Land Coordinates. Spares like Circlip, washer, nut will be replaced free of cost during the maintenance breakers. Overhauling will be done 2 times of each trolley. |

| 13 | In case of emergency breakdown VCB repairing ETC work like cleaning and refitting after removal of fault. |
| 14 | Opening of complete 11 K.V. Bus bar in case of emergency breakdown it\"s cleaning with carbon tetra chloride & re-bolting & replacement of damaged bolt & nuts if required. |
| 15 | Replacement of electrical wiring for Schneider make 11 K.V. VCB including protection/tripping system including all material, T&P and Technician. |
| 16 | Providing and fixing of Ampere Meter in Schneider make VCB. |
| 17 | Providing and fixing of Voltmeter in Schneider make VCB. |
| 18 | Providing and fixing of thermostate heater for space. |
| 19 | Providing and fixing of heater plate for space heater. |
| 20 | Note :-1- All the material provided by contractor shall be as per norms of UPPCL/RESPO.2- One carriage including loading/unloading from dump site to pit site is included in scope of work.3- During execution of work all risk will be of the contractor.4- Contractor will provide all T & P, vehicle and man power.5- All the old and used material should be taken on book.6- The quantity may be vary ±10%.7- GST will be paid extra as legally applicable.8-The work shall be carried out under O & M Budget 2025-26.9-The work will be done as per norms of UPPCL/RESPO. |
