Tender For Nc Amc Of 4 Nos Ups; 1. General Scope of Work 1 Unlimited breakdown support & Guaranteed on site response within 16 Hrs. 2 Includes 100% Labor and travel coverage 7 days/week, 24 hours/day. 3 Includes Quarterly Preventive Maintenance Service scheduled by the customer 4 Maintenance to be performed by Trained Engineers only. 5 Two online & two offline maintenance in a year as per approved checklist. 6 Provide support during breakdown and root cause analysis for frequent breakdowns. 7 Provide critical spares list with part no.as per various UPS Makes with HSN Codes and Part Numbers. AMC period- April 2025- March 2028 Preventive Maintenance (Quarterly) Maintenance 8 Perform a complete visual inspection internal & external of the equipment including sub-assemblies, wiring harnesses, contacts, cables and major components. Check air filters for cleanliness and fans for smooth running. 9 Replacement of any spare part of UPS arranged by ARAI 10 Deep Cleaning of UPS & battery bank during each quarterly maintenance is in scope of AMC Vendor 11 Check module(s) completely for the following: - Ø Rectifier and inverter snubber boards, circuits for discoloration & functioning. Ø Power capacitors for swelling or leaking oil Ø DC capacitor vents caps that have extruded 12 Record all voltage and current meter readings on the module control cabinet or the system control cabinet. 13 Measure and record harmonic trap filter currents & rectify when seen abnormal. 14 Check the inverter and rectifier snubber for burned or broken wires. 15 Check all nuts, bolts, screws and connectors for tightness and heat discoloration 16 Check fuses on the DC capacitor deck for continuity. 17 Check the health of all Batteries & Submit reports for health of batteries during each quarterly maintenance 18 Record & Set all parameters to system specifications. 19 Measure and record all low-voltage power supply levels & rectify when seen abnormal. 20 Measure and record phase-to-phase input & output voltage and currents & rectify when seen abnormal. 21 Review system performance with customer to address any critical issue and to 22 Checking of earthing connected to UPS & Neutral to earth voltage monitoring on load & off load.
