Tender For Erection Of 33 Kv Feeder Bay At 132 Kv Sub-Station Medical Under Etd Meerut - Safe carriage, Loading and Unloading of approx. 02 MT structure from 220 KV S/S Shatabdinagar, Meerut to 132 KV S/S Medical College under ETD Meerut (Distance approx. 20 km). 3 Erection of Main & Auxiliary structure lattice type ABL, ALP etc. auxiliary structure for installation of Isolator, CTS, PTs, LA etc. erection of structure as per drawing with the help of GI Nuts & Bolts flat spring washer matching the hole, cutting and matching the member if required Include cost of all men and T&P excluding GI structure nut and bolts to complete the work. 4 Erection of following equipment as per instruction manual of various equipments and technical specification Including shifting of material/equipment from store to erection site including all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily. 5 36 KV Circuit Breaker 6 36 KV Bus Isolator (1250 Amp) 7 36 KV Line Isolator 8 36 KV Current Transformer. 9 36 KV CT junction box 10 36 KV Bus Post Insulator (3Nos) 11 Erection of following control and relay Panels as per instruction manual and technical specification including shifting of panel from store to erection site including all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily. 12 33 KV Tripple feeder control and relay panel (Conventional Type). 13 Bay wise interconnection of equipment with specified conductor of various 33 KV Equipment with ACSR Twin Zebra /Panther conductor. The work Includes cutting of conductor. Bending in proper shape clamping with the help of clamp and all other associated work to complete job. 14 Jumpering from main bus to Bus Isolator, Section Isolator, 33 KV Equipments with Twin Panther/Zebra. 15 Laying and Termination of following size control cable in trench/cable trays from different control room equipment to 132/33 KV Isolator, circuit breakers CT/PT & their junction boxes. Transformer marshaling box. Isolator box & other outdoor equipments installed in 132/33 KV switch yard as per cable schedule. Including carriage of cable drum from store and all other associated work. 16 Control cable of size 2 core x 2.5 mm2 17 Control cable of size 4 core x 2.5 mm2 18 Control cable of size 6 core x 2.5 mm2 19 Control cable of size 10 core x 2.5 mm2 20 Termination of cable laid as per cable schedule including making necessary hole in laid plates or box wherever required, fixing cable glands of appropriate size and ferruling of each core and other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. Rates of termination of control cables including the all cores of cable at one end with lugs. Note:- Gland & lug provided by Contractor. 21 2 Core 22 4 Core 23 6 Core 24 10 Core 25 Earthing of equipments by cutting straightening, bending, laying 700mm below ground and above ground of following size of MS flat for earthing of main and auxiliary structure, equipments structure. Transformer body and its neutral point including welding with main earthmat and with object to be earthed excavation of trenches its back filling including painting of MS flat of different size after cleaning of rusted surface 1st coat of Red Oxide and 2 coat of Bus Green Paint to complete the work. All other associated work as required to complete the work. 26 Laying of MS Flat of size 50x6 mm. 27 Periphery and Switchyard Lighting 28 Providing and fixing of half round Gl pipe OD-50mm for mounting the 120 Watt LED light upon gantry mounting of 2 No GI bracket up on gantry and fixing GI pipe complete with nut bolt and washer as per technical specification. 29 Providing and fixing of junction Box on gantry structure with 1 No MS flat 40x5 mm of size 200x200x150 mm made of MS sheet of 16 gauge dully powder coated inside mounting 1 No 6 Amp MCB 1 No TB of 4 terminal & 1 No Kit Kat 16 Amp fixed upon mica sheet and back side mounting a flat 40x5 mm with 1 No 16mm dia hole and mounting PVC pipe from ground level to box as per technical specification. 30 Supply & fixing of new generation energy saving and environment friendly long life versatile pressure die cost aluminum out door high been flood light 120 Watt LED as light source and exclusively designed polycarbonate cover along with electronic driver complete fitting suitable for 220 V input supply for ISI make CGL/Hevells/ Surya/Philips/Bajaj of equivalent etc. including electrical connection also to be done by the contractor. 31 SUPPLY PART: - 32 3 Bolted Type PG clamp suitable for Panther to Panther conductor Complete with HDG nut bolt & washer as per technical specification. 33 4 Bolted Type PG Clamp suitable for Zebra to Panther conductor complete with HDG nut bolt & washer as per technical specification. 34 Bimetallic 33 KV Bus Isolator, Section Isolator clamp for Twin Zebra conductor complete with hot dip galvanized nut, bolts and washer as per technical specification. 35 Bimetallic 33 KV Bus Isolator clamp for Twin Panther conductor complete with hot dip galvanized nut, bolts and washer as per technical specification. 36 33 KV Circuit Breaker clamp suitable for Panther conductor complete with hot dip galvanized nut, bolts and washer as per technical specification. 37 36 KV Bus Post insulator
