Tender For Hdd Works For Iocl Green Belt Crossing At Paradip (Part A); 1 METALLIC MATERIALS AND CORROSION 2 Magnetic Cleaning and Electronic Geometry Pigging 3 Mobilisation/ Demobilisation of pigging tools, tackles, consumables, accessories and personnel by Contractor at work site including but not limited to magnet pigs, electronic geometry pigs and pig tracking device, temporary launcher and receiver as per Specification and other provision of the bid document including supply of material, equipment, manpower, etc. as required for geometry inspection and magnet cleaning in accordance with the EIL Specification B302-000-06-41-EGP-0011:A) MobilisationB) DemobilisationNOTE: Lumpsum charge is applicable for Mobilization and Demobilization charge only, and not for the entire Magnetic Cleaning and EGP charge. 4 Magnetic Cleaning:Running of adequate no. of Magnet Pigs for pipeline including pig tracking for each segment, preparation of site report as per Specification and provisions of the bid document. 5 Electronic Geometry Pigging:Running of adequate no. of Electronic Geometry Pig (Caliper) including pig tracking for each segment, preparation of site report on pipeline, data analysis at Contractors facility as per Specification and provisions of the bid document. 6 Defect Verification:Defect verification at a max. of 3 locations for each segment inspected including supply of all tools, tackles, instruments, personnel and their transportation, all earth work, repair of pipeline coating wherever exposed, backfilling, work complete in all respect as per direction of engineer-in-charge.NOTE: Unit EACH signifies each segment of the pipeline. 7 Final Report:Preparation of final work report as per agreed format and submission to Client / Clients Consultant in total of 4 copies. 8 CATHODIC PROTECTION 9 Cathodic Protection for HDD: 10 Survey, design, engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cathodic protection system for the HDD portion of the pipeline as per the enclosed specification vide document no.: B302-000-06-45-CSW-9523. All work shall be carried out conforming to the scope of work, design basis, data sheets, specifications, standards, drawings, etc as per the provisions of GCC, SCC and all materials, equipment, consumables, start-up/ commissioning spares etc. which include transportation, storage of materials at site, manpower, in line with direction of Engineer-in-charge. 11 INSTRUMENTATION 12 TELECOMMUNICATION WORKS 13 OPTICAL FIBRE CABLE INSTALLATION 14 Submission of OFC alignment sheets, as-built drawings and all documentation in accordance with the specifications. 15 Supply & installation of OFC distance markers (metal plates on pipeline markers) at all pipeline marker locations as per specifications and direction of CLIENT/CONSULTANT. 16 Supply of Jointing closures, Factory acceptance testing, storage, and transportation to site, loading, unloading, jointing of OFC all complete as per specifications provided in the bid document and direction of CLIENT/CONSULTANT. 17 Site acceptance Testing of the laid OFC, all complete as per specification and direction of CLIENT/CONSULTANT. 18 Supply of following Optical Fibre Cables (OFC) including FAT, storage, transportation to site, loading, unloading etc. all complete 19 24 fibres, single mode, compliant to ITU-T G.652 , Optical Fibre Cable 20 Supply of Permanently lubricated HDPE conduit for following sizes in required length of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 to be laid in pipeline trench or in separate trench directly or inside CS conduit including FAT, storage, transportation to site, loading, unloading etc. all complete 21 Duct with nominal diameter 40 mm or less 22 Laying, Testing and commissioning of the following sizes of HDPE duct/pipe of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2, including supply of clamps, small iron structures, spacers, and duct accessories like push-fit couplers, bends and elbows, end plugs, simple plugs, sonic heads, etc, and including small civil works, cleaning with compressed air, calibrating, testing for air tightness, sealing of ends, including all labour and materials, as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. 23 Duct with nominal diameter 40 mm or less 24 Supply and Installation of Jointing pit/ blowing pit, sand, OFC joint identification markers, electronic markers etc. including jointing of OFC (with OFC laid by other contractor at both ends of HDD) in jointing pits, back filling, pulling wire for OFC/Duct Pulling (rugged and durable) etc. all complete 25 Installation and Laying of OFC through permanently lubricated HDPE conduit (which is sub-ducted in CS conduit) including supply and use of all materials required like couplers, end plug etc. all complete as per the job specification (Supply & Installation of CS Conduit are covered in the Pipeline laying Section of the tender) 26 PIPELINES 27 Site preparatory works for approach to Rig Placement area and String Preparation:All works required for the approach to the rig placement area and string preparation for the smooth execution of HDD includes formation of a temporary approach road, involving leveling, compaction, and required materials; Required quantity of Soil filling/ floating method or any other suitable method for crossing the nala / waterlogged areas/ ponds for placing the HDD rig and preparation of pipe string at designated area; Demolition of the boundary wall, including removal and disposal of debris; Restoration of the boundary wall after work completion, including necessary materials and labor; Removal of plants/trees, including uprooting and disposal; Plantation of additional trees as per instructions from the Engineer-in-Charge; Restoration of the site to its original condition post-completion, involving cleaning, leveling, and necessary repairs; and obtaining the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the landowner. All works should be executed as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge, ensuring the site is returned to its original condition after the completion of tasks.
