Tender For Widening Of Perimeter Road At Af Stn Dinjan; 1 B/R PORTION 2 M&L for surface excavation n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 30 cm deep in soft/ loose soil and getting out, complete all as specified & directed. 3 Removing excavated material n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base, complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- Excavated soil can be used retrieved from item No 2.00 above 5 Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exc. 8 ton but n. exc. 12 ton, complete all as specified and as directed. 6 M&L for laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as perGrade II as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013 in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereofas per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the maximum dry density for consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specification for road and Bridge works,2013. 7 M&L for 150mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM in two layers with course aggregate (Granite, trap or basalt) of grading 1 (63mm to 40mm size) spread, rolled to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed. 8 Preparation of unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc.weeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a prime coat of cationic Bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) conforming to IS:8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and Bridge works 2013 using mechanical sprayer as specified and directed. 9 M&L for premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content by weight of total mix (using paving bitumen VG-30) laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber rolled/laid with power roller (consolidated thickness n. exc. 75mm) including preparation of area before laying of macadam, complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- (i) Exact quantity of binder to be used shall be ascertained by Design mix.(ii) Minimum 4% of binder shall be used. However incase more than 4% of binder content is required as per design mix,the same shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost. 10 M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 2-3 kg/10sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed. 11 Material and Labour for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (paving bitumen grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix spread evenly with mechanical paver to desired thickness and to the correct camber, rolled and compacted to required camber & gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller/vibratory roller/double drum or tandem roller as suitable complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i) Exact quantity of binder to be used shall be ascertained by Design mix.(ii) Minimum 5.5% of binder shall be used. However incase more than 5.5% of binder content is required as per design mix,the same shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost. 12 M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction, complete all as specified and directed. 13 Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed. 14 Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm widestrips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&Lfor pre cast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone with plain faces, including chamfers,weatherings, throating ,etc. including necessary form work placed in position and set in CM 1:4 chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed. 16 Excavation over areas n. exc 1.5 m deep & getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed. 17 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr deep for foundation,taking out/ laying of under ground cable, pole, pipe, stay and getting out in soft/loose soil strata including making good to the disbturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L for PCC in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. 20 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel /drain complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) on flat surface for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed 22 S&F mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bendingspirally for hoping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealled ) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and as directed. 23 All as per above item No. 22.00but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, complete all as specified and directed. 24 M&L for cement concrete M-25 (20mm graded agg) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like., complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- Formwork and reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. 25 M&L for cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in coping, bed block and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed. 26 M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair face of brickwork or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed. 27 Returning, fillingin soft/loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and as directed. 28 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed. 29 Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking outembedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and as directed. 30 Dismantiling of fencing chain link wire mesh with bracing bar,flat iron and round bar any type, complete all as specified and as directed. 31 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete including removing dismantled material from work site, complete all as specified and as directed. 32 Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each for soft/loose soil not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filing in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed. 33 M&L for providing RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone agggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, struts etc for fencing of average sectional area exc 100 and not exc 250 sq cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops, complete all as specified and directed. 34 M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type B-2, (using 40mm graded stoneaggregate)in foundations, filling, mass concrete etc for fixing of RCC fencing posts or struts, complete all as specified and directed. 35 Supply only Chain link made out of 3.15mm dia. MS galvanised iron wire of 75mmx75mm aperturer size, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained through BOO. 36 Straining and fixing only chain link fencing to RCC posts fixed with MS flat and 3 Nos of 10 mm dia MS round bar as including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed. Note : MS flat and MS round bar to be measured and paid separately. 37 S&F for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mmspacingsand straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Each line of barbed wire measured. 38 S&F MS round bars of 10 mm dia & over conforming toGde-I, IS-432 (Part I) cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia fixed independently including hooking ends for fixing chain link fencing as in bearing bars, complete all as specified and directed. 39 S&F MS flat iron of any size conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 cut to length of required size securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wires etc. to fencing post for securing chain link fencing with nut bolts or clamps(Nut and Bolt shall be measured and paid separately) etc., complete all as specified and directed. 40 S&F of Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, 11 to 15 mm dia of neck andexc 10 but n.exc 15 cm long, complete all as specified and directed. 41 M&L for preparation of newly steel surface of any description n. exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed. 42 M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of fencing post and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and as directed. 43 Taking down or out existing serviceable/ unserviceable cable of sizes 2/3.5/4 core10/16/25 sqmm from the trenches / ducts/ along walls / poles / through poles / under roads/ inside sub station including excavation and returning filling in any type of soil and segregation of the serviceable cable by cutting down defective portion after testing by meggar (insulation tester), stacking and rolling unserviceable cable for further taken in credit, complete all as specified and as directed.Note :(i) The rate of Excavation/returning filling / cutting of road or floor are inclusive in the quoted rate.(ii)Serviceable brick protection to be stacked carefully for counting and re-use. 44 Relaying only serviceable cable obtained from taking out in same or new location or through cable ducts inside sub station of size 2/3.5/4 core 10/16 sqmm in trenches / ducts / along walls / poles / under road etc. including necessary cable lugs, glands etc., complete all as specified and as directed. 45 Taking down of street light pole of any description after removing the lighting fixture and other connected wire/cable etc., demolition of cement concrete plinth/copping in any position and disposal of debries outside of MOD land andre-errect the pole with in 50 mtr in desired location complete including excavation of requsite depth(i e 1/6th) the height of pole and PCC (1:3:6) type C2 for foundation work and PCC (1:2:4) type B2 for copping work, refixing of street light alongwith bracket and necessary preparation, cleaning including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/ dust/ rust carefully and applying two coat of aluminium paint and providing 03 Nos bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint (any tint 30 cm wide each)from top of plinth block and writing of pole number with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground complete all as specified and directed.Note :- The depth of excavation to the 1/6th of height of pole along with PCC work and removal of soil is inclusive of rated quoted rate. 46 Taking down of old broken U/S street light pole of any description after removing the lighting fixture and other connected wire/cable etc.and keeping in safe custody for refixing, complete all as specified and directed. 47 S&F steel tubular swaged poles complete wth cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long), painting with two coats of black bituminous paint through out internally and externally upto planting depth and two coats of black and white alternate strips 30 cm each upto 1.2 mtr from the ground level. The remaining external position shall be painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, numbering to pole complete all as specified and directed. 48 Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of LT UG cable, XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cable of size 10 Sqmm 4 core 1100 V grade, PVC sheathed ,multi stranded aluminium cable inpipe /trench /cable duct /fixed on wall/truss by proper size shaped GI clamps with nut bolts etc including aluminium lugs and cable glands of cable and making good the disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. 49 Supply and fixing of cable junction box IP 66 weather proof for outdoor installation (with metric knockouts for cable entry) size 155 x 210 x 92 mm suitable for 10/16 sqmm cable fixed to pole/ wall with suitable FI clamp 20X3 mm nuts , bolts and washers including provision of 01 No MCB, single pole, 240 volts, 10 KA, 10 Amps, and suitable aluminium bus bar/ connector complete all as specified and directed. 50 Supply and fixing of PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, copper conductor industrial cable of 3 core and 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volts grade, for connection of street light/ flood light/ post top lantern/ garden lights etc. fittings on pole/ wall/ pillar/ from over head conductor / junction box / DB including termination clip complete all as specified and as directed. 51 Supply and fixing of GI pipe of 20 mm dia., light grade for wire protection from SMC box to light fittings with GI/MS clamp and nutbolts of suitable size, complete all as specified & directed. 52 Supply and fixing of double wall corrugated pipe (DWC pipe) of 50 mm outer dia. and minimum 38mm internal dia. for cable protection pipe from ground level to SMC box with and including clamp and nuts, bolts of suitable size, complete all as specified & directed. 53 M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of sand 8 cm depth before laying of cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable all as specified.
