Tender For Strengthening Of Existing Earthen Road To Bt Road At Maharajanagar Streets In Veeravanallur Town Panchayat.; 1 Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing close graded material,mixing in a machanical plant at OMC,carriage of mixed material to work site,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to acheive the desired density,Complete as per clause 401. 2 Providing and laying ,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM ) Grade I specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 404 of MORTH specifications. 3 Providing and laying Prime coat of 7 kgs/10 sqm over the WMM surface treated with primer using 6 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as Prime coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Specifications 4 Providing and laying tack coat of 2.5 kgs/10 sqm over the WMM surface treated with binder using 2.5 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Specifications 5 Providing and laying 50 mm compactedthick dense bituminous macadamusing 0.24 cum of 26.5-13.2 mm graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.2-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 53.20 kgs of 60/70bitumenfor premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials toC M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by80-100 KN power roller tothe required density etc.including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30tC M P with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks,paver finisher, power rollers and all other tools and plants required,includingall other incidental charges etc.,complete using C M P clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5 specifications. 6 Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30mm thickusing 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm graded metal and 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with45.27 kgs of 60/70bitumen & 5.03Kg of Plastic waste from garbage collected at free of cost (Total-50.30 kg) andfor premixing per 10 sqmincluding cost and conveyance of all materials toC M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 40 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by80-100 KN power roller tothe required density etc., including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30tC M P with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks,paver finisher, power rollers and all other tools and plants required,includingall other incidental charges etc.,complete using C M P clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5 specifications. 7 Supply delivery and filling of Red Gravelin layer of not more than 15 cm thick including watering with all layers and consolidation complying with standard specification including cost and conveyence of sand at Site and all labour charges and all other incidential charges etc,. complete as per Standard Specification _ 1 Cum. 8 Providing Thermoplastic paint including cost and conveyenceand all labour charges and all other incidential charges etc,. complete as per Standard Specification _ 1 Cum.
