    Tender For Connecting Of Newly Constructed Rcc Tank From Existing Tank- 1 NS Item 2 Supply, erection, testing and commissioning VFD control panel unit consists of MS box of size 1800mmx 3600mm x x 600mm on angle iron frame duly painted with powder coated paint with powder paint with following accessories (for 10300 LPM 30 Mtr Head pump set of 120 HP):- A) 120 HP drive ( NVT) – 1 No.B) 400 Amp. MCCB (LandT) – 1 No.C) 400 Amp. Fuse switch – 3 No. D) On/Off switch-2 No. E) RYB Indicator – 1 No. F) On Indicator- 1 No. G) Trail Indicator -1 No. H) VAF meter – 1 SetI) CT 200/5 – 3 No. J) Glass relay – 1 No. Complete accessories duly fitted with 50 mm copper wire including cost of thimbles, lug, MCB channel, slives,, nut and bolt complete in all respect 3 Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Non-clog Seweage submersible pumping set of discharge 10300 LPM, 30 Mtr Head ( 120 HP) 1450 RPM with 50 Mtr cable of suitable size and autcoupling- SS chain 30 Mtr, SS-304 Guide pipe and PMU control panel complete in all respect 4 Drilling/boring by trenchless technology for pushing of 900 O/D HDPE pipe (Rat drilling / Jack pushing method) by erecting the equipments to the alignment and gradient by hydraulic pipe jacking technique complete including tunneling, excavation in all type of soil excluding hard rock and pushing the casing pipe including cost of all type of material i.e. tools, jims, ropes and all other accessories required for drilling 5 Lowering of sub soil water upto a depth of 14 Mtr including cost of all type of equipments i.e pumping machinery, drilling of tubewell, lowering of pump set, pipes complete in all respect
