And seat frame of 430mm x430mm made with 25mm x 25mm pipe 18swg, PU injection moulded foam of 430mmx430mm average 3-3.5 thick of 55-56 kg/cum, bottom side covered with and frames stripped with 22 swg sheet in suitable spacing and topped with 3mm hard board to support PU foams and metal portions powder coated. And side stand of 600mm x 400mm fabricated with 25mm x 25mm 18 swg pipe and 40x6 mm MS flat for foundation fabricated to shape, PU or PPCP bend(without cupholder) arm rest and all end passage viewing stand will be fully upholstery covered up to bottom and all inside legs half portion upholstery with 5mm hardboard and all metal parts powder coated.
