Tender For Over Head Tank Industrial Townshipat Village Kirra, Khurja, District Bulandshahr (Up). - Construction of over head tank of 1000 K.L. Storage capacity at 22.50 M staging based on contractors own design and drawing including testing of Tentative bearing capacity Completed with 1.00 m wide R.C.C. staircase from ground level and Stainless steel ladder from balcony to top of dome in balcony 1.00m high SS pipe railing over stair case .balcony and all around to dome made of three rows of 25MM dia G.I pipe medium class supported on. R.C.C. posts at suitable intervals i.e. 1.25mt.c/c or as directed by engineer in charge. including 4cm thick PCC flooring laid over 80 mm thick 1:4:8 CC and also 1.00m wide 40mm thick PCC apron around with 150mm semicircular drain with 1:2:4 mix ratio. Supply & fixing of M.S. manhole cover with locking arrangement and fixed at the top of dome and supply of all materials. Aluminium lightening conductor with extra arrangement of copper wire as per IS 3043 latest edition laid in electricity department or as per latest ISI specification. Further to provide mosquito proof ventilator of approved quality & Fixing at the top of dome as per direction by E/I further to provide water level; indicator with material and fixingthem at desired level connect and supply & hoist all C.I.D.F. 2 pipe2 nos of 200 mm dia inlet pipe, outlet pipe of 250 mm dia, overflow pipe of 250 mm dia & wash out pipe of 100 mm dia arrangement with CI DF pipe of the general specification providing jointing material such as rubber packing with nut bolts and fix them after embedding in the bottom of the tank from the designed depth below G.L. including supply duck foot bend etc, inlet , outlet over flow and washout pipe arrangements with all fitting and to be painted, including Cost of inlet, outlet, overflow, wash out pipes of required dia as per directed by E/I.and also including Sluice Valve etc. as required dia of outlet and inlet pipes with its chambers as requred sizes with CI cover and indication of Sluice Valve etc. complete.Further to provide all material for supply of gate as per drawing with locking arrangements and painting with approved paint on complete structure with three coats of wheather coat of approved quality. and also mention the name of scheme and capacity of OHT with enamel paint of size 4.00m X 1.50m and letter size not less than 45cm The rate should also include the design of overhead tank and water tightness of tank .Structural design should be based on soil investigation report will done by contractor and consisting for specific load as per IS 1893-1894 to latest revised specification if any complete with all respect. out let pipe size as per hydraulic design 250mm dia double flanged C.I.D.F Pipe as per jal Nigam specification structural design should follow the latest IS code seismic provisions in the structural drawing & design should be checked through I.I.T/Any other Government institution as per approved by E/I and also including soil testing, design of structure, drawing etc will be in the scope of contractor all complete as per direction by E/I
