Bids Are Invited For Customized AMC/CMC for Pre-owned Products - Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC); Quarterly; Yes General operation of E. T. P. for round the clock commencing from effluent inlet to treated waste water disposal with continuous supervision of the functional aspect of each of the individual treatment units in a very smooth running and fitting manner. For general operation Supervisor, skilled, unskilled person is required for proper supervision and functional aspect of ETP. The entire operation & supervision is being done in three shifts. Note: i) cleaning of aeration tank, guard pond, stilling chamber, sludge pump is being done on regular basis. ii) Regular checking of pipe line of three pump house, sludge pump. 36 Months Month 14,761/- 5,31,396.00 2. Routing maintenance of all Machineries & equipment’s provided at ETP like. Mechanical Installation in the sump & Pump house, Oil trap, seven chamber of ETP inside workshop & hospital, pump house. Withdrawal of oil & grease from oil removal unit. 02 Nos. Aerator of Aeration tank, Central drive clarifier mechanism, Guard pond. Entire electrical of the treatment plant, 02 nos. R&T sludge pump. i) During routine maintenance lubrication is being done in all moving mechanical equipment for proper working. ii) All bearing, oil seal, mechanical seal, Rubber Coupling, O rings, Gland packing is to be changed during routine maintenance of all machineries & equipment provided at ETP. iii) Painting of all machineries and equipmen Total Quantity :
