    Tender For Supply And Installation Of Revolving Led Search Light At Kjb/Sim Mathura. - Supply and installation of high intensity, Energy saving, long range, multi-functional, auto rotatable LED search light, beam range > 900 meters, 300 watt, Single LED search light, narrow beam- 5 degree, LM6 housing with heat sink, round in shape, dia >400mm, operating voltage 90V- 310V AC 50hz, PF >0.95, THD <20%, CCT: 5500K-6000K, CRI >70, Optics used- PMMA/PC lens, LED efficacy >140 l/w, average lux level at 10meter >9000 with circle of approx 1meter, toughened clear glass with silicaon gasket, driver efficiency >95%, over volt / under volt & short circuit protected, confirming LM79, LM80, IK07, IP66, Lux intensity Test and BIS approved. This search light will easy to installed on a unique rotating stang having such designed that the light could be rotate 360 degree continuously (overnight) in horizontal plane alongwith vertical tilting option upto 45 degree & covered by die cast weather proof fiber box with provision of bottom hole for installation. A wall-mounted wired control panel (consist of MCB, V-meter, fuse, LED indicator & speed controller switch (1-10 rpm), auto/ manual, rev./forw and Up/Down buttons) is supplied for safe operation. (other details as per annexture-A) .MRSL-LRFLL-25PC30, KALIN or equivalent. 2 S/o of 2 core 2.5 sq mm flexible FRLSHCopper Cable. Havells, Phenolex, KEI Make. 3 Fabrication and fixing of suitable M.S. structure complete with primer and paint for proper installation of rotating LED search light with protection from rain water. 4 Note - 1- Rates are inclusive of all taxes but excluding GST which shall be paid extra as applicable2- Labour cess @ 1% will be deducted from contractors bill at the time of payment
