Providing Design, Detailed Engineering, Supply, Fabrication, Erection, Installation and placing in position of Architectural Membrane Primary MS steel Structure Work.The Structure Fabrication should confirm to the manufacturing standard of ( Royal Tensile Structure ) Specialized in Fabrication and errection of structures sheet using 210 MPa yield Strenght Mild Steel built up tubular trusses ( plates, CHs/ RHS/ SHE ERW MS tube as per Indian Standars and as per approved specifications make ISI marked with MTC Certificate ) including cutting, hosting fixing in position Such as Struture are welded and bolted incuding special shaped washers etc complete.Hot finished weldeded Type Tube in complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge MS ERW CHS pipes as per specification under \" IS1239 (part-1,2004), YST210\", SHS/RHS Pipe as pre specification under \"IS Actual Steel quantity will as per final Design & drawing Approval. Make (JINDAL/TATA/SAIL Providing and Appliying the complete structure to be two coat of Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer in requried DFT of (dence film thickness ) for each coat in total DFT of 60 microns .The work is to be executed as per technical specification and direction of engineer-in-charge make ( Asian/Berger/ nerolac ) & Equivalent.Providing ,Fabricating, assembling and erection of flexible composite roof sheeting in desired profile as per conceptual drawing .The sheet should be wieldable having minimum weight of 650 GSM having 5 years warrantly.the roofing sheet sohould have standard specification .The roofing should confirm to the manufactchuring standard of being Prestressed in both direction with agencies specialized in fabrication and errection of roofing sheet Rate includes cost of fabric, shop drawings, patterning, forming, cutting, fabrication, hot weld stitch of fabric, assembling and installation with GI cables, hardware, Aluminium flat EPDM gasket and required assessories wherever required complete including ,tools, and plants,etc. Required for all operations in all rspect complete as per drawing, design, specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
