Tender For Certain Repair To Road And Misc Works At Bakloh Cantt; 1 Repair to pot holes any depth not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling screened and graded raod metal. watering and ramming applying tack coat @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using 20mm crushed stone aggregate rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power rollerfor depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed. 2 Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with power sweeper or compressor to remove all loose dirt etc., applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumenat 5 kg per 10 sq metre of road surface, laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% bitumen binder content by weight of total mix using 20mm crushed stone aggregate, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne vibrator power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be mixed in automatic temperature controlled hot mixing plant, transported and premix carpet shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver, rolled with vibrator roller. 3 Cat eye two way reflective ABSbodyof size 100mm x 100mm x 18.5mm with reflective panel (Amber red or white) , weight 133 Grams fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.Make: 3M, SHAKTI, DARKEYE. 4 Convex Mirror 1000mm dia made out of polycarbonate material provided with suitable MS pipe post duly powder coated, meant for road turning, intersection curve, T-junctions, Hospitlas , parking lots etc. with clear and definite mirror image having 130 degree of viewing angle, unbreakable glass, spring post (710 x 80 x 210mm) body of spring is made of special flexile material (polyurethane) without it can be quickly resoted to its original state without doing any damage to spring post as well as vehicle in case of high speed collsion by vehicles. Two bands of reflective tape to be pasted on the spring post. Eposy bond will beused to fix the spring post with road surace. The bond should be so strong that post will not be deviated by strong impact after installation, length of spring post 710 mm upper dia 80mm & botttom dia is 210 mm, fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 5 Metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed 6 Marking lines, dashes, arrows etc of width 10 cms on black top/ concrete surfaces of road using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint 2.5 mm thick (white/ gold, yellow) mixed with radium glass beads @ 250gm/ Sqm with automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approx temp being 200°C at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign material complete all as specified. Note:- Road marking lines at the centre of road shall not be continuous, whereas the lines at outer sides of road shall be continuous i.e in one length. 7 Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 19 of tender doucments.
