| 4 | Takingout HT cable off sizes from trench & taking down from pole including disconnecting all electrical connections and keepingserviceable cable in safe custody for re-use to re-route existing HT feeder site within 200mtr incl taking out existing PCC cabe cover and setting aside neatly for re-use.Note: The excavation and related civil wk will be measured and paid separately. Contractor shall have to S&F new HT cable within overall quoted rates, if existing cable gets damaged due to negligence, mishandling at site. |
| 5 | Supply and fixing galvanised pipe light grade of 100 mm dia bore for passing of cable fixed to poles/walls/laid under floor complete with and including fittings as required compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 6 | Supply & fix new MS Cross arms, bracing,supports, clamps, anti climbing device and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers with reqdmech working/ process i.e. cutting, welding, bending, cold or hot, drilling holes, grinding or bolt in any shape or size including 2 coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide including taking out unserviceablecomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Unexposed surface shall be given one coat of primer only. |
| 7 | Material and labour for fixing cable route indicators made of PCC (1:3:6) of size 150 x 150 x 900 mm duly engraved “HT CABLE / HT JOINT” coloured with two coats of synthetic paint in brownfixed 300mm below ground level with reqd PCC all as specified and directed. |
