    Tender For Repair/Maintenance And Tiling To Family Welfare Centre At Hq 7 Sect Ar At Tuensang.; 1 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical meansincluding disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per directionof Engineer - in - chargeNominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 2 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to bespecified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08%and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. 3 Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partitionwalls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal ofunserviceable materials within 50 metres lead. 4 Providing and fixing false ceiling with 6 mm thick plan/semi periforited Gypsum board with alluminium frame work complete fitting as per the direction of engr in charge. 5 Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn andfixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc.Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood
