Rubber Lining Work on inside/outside of Tanks & Equipments including Nozzles etc. Wherever required Old Rubber lining is to be removed, cleaning of surfaces & Shot Blasting is to be done for entire surface before carrying out new rubber lining. Rubber lining thickness shall be 6 mm. It shall be applied in two phase of 3 mm sheet and vulcanizing accordingly by steam. Steam shall be provided departmentally. Contractor shall carry out spark testing of rubber lining using Voltage 5KV/mm of rubber thickness to ensure defect free rubber lining.
