    Tender For Design,Manufacture,Transportation,Testing ,Supply And Delivery Of Launder Gate Assembly For Tankage Works At Inside Of Refinery Premises (Ppt Area) For 5Th Stream Alumina Plant At Damanjodi, Odisha Design,Manufacture ,transportation,testing ,supply and delivery of Launder Gate assembly as per the specification and drawings ,conducting NDT as per the approved QAP,Manufacturing of the support framefor gate and gate assemblyor any other parts required to fix launder line extension on launder juncton, all type of fittings,fixtures , ancillaries, nuts ,bolts , gaskets, bidding springs , fastners, hardwares, locking arrangements & hold down bolts/clips etc all complete as per technical specification/ drawings. All items shall be included which are required to run the equipment as per guaranteed parameters unless otherwise specifically has been asked to exclude the same. The Type-A launder gate to be fabricated as per the attached Drawing . Quality Assurence Plan (QAP) and Inspection Test Plan (ITP) has to be submitted to M/s-B&R/Ms-tkUIPL for approval. Inspection of the launder gate to be carried out by TPIA A LAUNDER GATE ASSEMBLY -[TYPE-A] NOS 18
