    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - 800000 Similar Category Customized Amccmc For Pre-Owned Products 1 The instant Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)/Rate Contract is for existing LAN nodes in Ministry of Chemical & Fertilizer Shastri Bhawan New Delhi. 2 Contract Duration: Two (02) years which may be extended up to 01 years based on satisfactory performance and on mutual consent. 3 The following works shall be done in coordination with NIC team, L & J S.Bhawan. (i) Testing & troubleshooting of the UTP cables if any problem arises. (ii) Assigning/resetting network address to network devices. (iii) The firm/vendor must ensure completeness of the solution. Anything required for the desired functioning of the system will be vendors responsibility. (iv) Enable working of a network point by either laying or termination of new UTP cable, joining of cable using connector, installation of patch cords, re-punching of I/O box, installation of new I/O box, crimping of RJ45 or re-crimping of RJ45 etc. (v) Maintenance and repair of Network racks including cleaning of racks, dressing/conducting of cables etc. (vi) Maintenance, repair & replacement of Fiber LIU. (vii) The firm has to maintain details of all network switches/racks etc. in coordination with NIC and lodge complaints with OEM/Service provider (for products under warranty/AMC). Any other work related to Computer networks assigned by the department from time to time. (viii)Labeling, Identifying and Tagging of cable and patch cord both ends. (ix) Penta Scanning and project documentation expertise. (x)The maintenance service shall cover services, repairs, and replacements necessary to keep the equipment in good working condition during the AMC period. Preventive maintenance, wherever required, should be carried out to keep the equipment in good working condition. Total Quantity :
