Tender For M/O Completed Scheme Under Narela Zone.Sh:-Running Operation & Preventive Maintenance Of Ro Plants Of Capacity (15000 Lph, 5000 Lph & 3000 Lph) In Pkt-4,5 & 11 In Sector G7-G8, Narela, Based On Unit Kilo Litre Discharge. (Specialized Work); 1 Supplying RO treated potable water for drinking purpose as per DJB standard from Two (02) No. RO plants having capacity 15KLPH each and four no. (04) RO Plants having capacity 5KLPH each and Two (02) No. RO plants having capacity 3KLPH to UGRs situated in DDA housing pockets 4,5 & 11 sector G7-G8 Narela as per scope of work & terms and conditions mentioned in the NIT. The items includes following scopes :-1. Day to day maintenance of RO Plant by (operation includes - filtration, micro filtration membrane, ultra filtration and RO membrane etc.) skilled operator etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.2. Day to day maintenance and operation of RO Plant i/c cost of consumable chemicals like anti-scalant, PH correction chemical etc. all complete.3. Replacement of micron filter cartridges for the 8 No. RO Plants as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.4. Testing of RO water for chemical and biological parameter water from DJB Lab after every 3 months as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.5. TDS of RO treated water confirming to DJB standard/norms as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 Providing and fixing of Membrane housing (9 nos.) Raw water pump (6 nos.) HPP Repair (6 nos.) CV (6 nos. ) MPV (6 nos.) flow meter (6 nos.) pipe line and fitting (1 job), pressure gauge (36 nos.) Vessel ( 24 x 72), Wiring (1 job) of required dia and make with proper warranty/guarantee minimum of 2 year in all complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 3 Terms and conditions: -1. The ground water from the nearby tube-well is supplied as raw water to this RO Plants. The TDS of this water is over 5000 mg/l.2. Before quoting the rates, the bidder shall inspect the RO Plant thoroughly to acquaint himself with the real condition of the RO Plant at present.3. The plants shall be taken back by the department in good and running condition after expiry of the contract period. 4. If the water from DJB gets available the contract may be terminated and claim of any type shall not be entertained by the department. 5. The tender shall be closed when the water services will be handed over to DJB without any compensation.
