Tender For Structure Dismentaling Work At Pwh_Crm1 2000167357 10 10 10 DISMANTLING OF STRUCTURE 200 TO Email : [email protected] Contact : Name : Hitesh Prajapati Item Details : * Scope of work For Vendor: -Dismantling existing structures as per requirement. -Tools, Tackles, Grinding M/C etc. -Supply of manpower with proper PPES -Welding M/C, Cutting set, Cylinders. -Consumables like welding electrodes, grinding wheels. -Supervisor in contractor scope -Job to be done as per instructions by line in-charge only. * Scope of Work- AMNS:- - Essentials like electricity, water etc. - Crane and hydra will be provided if required. - Scaffolding or Man lifter will be provided if required. - Vehicle will be provided for scrap loading and disposal work. - Specific Penalty for safety violation and non-performance by vendor. Specific Penalty for nonperformance by vendor and must be cardinally measured. AMNS Safety Rule and Regulation as per Company Policy: • All the Persons working at height for exhaust pipe dismantling job should be healthy and medically fit and must be certified by the hospital(CNH). • All the workers have authorized work at height valid pass. • Work should be started only after taking authorized work permit. • Toolbox talk must be delivery before starting the job on daily basic. • Use certified portable hand electric machine. • Use certified lifting tools <(>&<)> tackles <(>&<)> it should be check before every use. • The person who is working at height should wear certified Double lanyard full body Harness (Safety Belt) <(>&<)> locked safety belt (Both clamp) with lifeline. anchoring point must be check before every use. • Use only certified two lanyards connected in a Y configuration, which allows one lanyard to be attached to an anchor point while the second lanyard is being moved to a new anchor point, thus providing protection from falls at all times. • Ensure that all persons are wearing Safety helmet, safety shoe, safety goggles, face shield and cut resistance hand gloves, full body shock absorber double lanyard safety harness (for jobs above 4 metre height) / For job bellow 4 metre height full body double lanyard safety harness without shock absorber to be used. • Work should be carried out in close Supervision of Competent Supervisor. • The working at height job should be allowed in daytime only • While handling or shifting job of dismantle exhaust pipes with crane ensure that certified lifting belt are used <(>&<)> check the belt condition before every use. Ensure exhaust pipes are lift in horizontal balance load condition <(>&<)> ensure guide rope are properly tied with bundles. • While fabrication activity ensure crane movement.
