Tender For Road construction work from Ward No. 08 Ramwa Road to Old Culvert - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63 to 45 mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per MORD Specification Clause 405. 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming,crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to required density gr 3 as per T.S clause 405 3 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using manual means. Clause 502 4 Providing and Applying tack coat with0.30 kg /sqm with bitumen VG-10 grade surface clean by machanical broom all complete work. 5 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using bitumenVG10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. 6 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 7 Brick edging on both sides of the road of first brick class M--150 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep laid withmud mortar including labour & supply of brick finished to required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the engineer in charge of the work Including material, labour and T&P etc proper completion of the work 8 Earth work in emabnkment in ordinary soilincludingsupply of earth, labour and T&P also including cartage 5Km up to site.
