Tender For Work No-05 Ward No-02 Housing Development From The House Of Dr. Ck Tripathi To Tarun Jaiswal And Sk Chauhan House By Drain And Cc. - Earth work in emabnkment in ordinary soilincluding lift upto 1.5 m & lead up to 50.0 Mtr including supply of earth, labour and T&P also including cartage 5Km up to site. 2 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay, or sand ) including lift upto 1.5 m & lead up to 30.0 Mtr & including filling,watering and ramming ofexcavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the building and the sides of foundataion trenches or in to the plinth and removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer- In-Charge up to a distance of 30.0 Mtr from the foundation trenches .as per S.I no 251 3 Cement concrete with 40mm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in proportions of 1:4:8 including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plant etc required for proper completion of the work. S.I. No-281 4 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand of 2.5 F.M. and 2cm (3/4) Gauge approved stone grit in propottions of 1:2:4 on lintels of door and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I.Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. No-283) 5 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming,crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to required density gr 3 as per T.S clause 405 6 Construction of un-reinforced,construction joint only,plain cementconcretepavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383,maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 20 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film includinglevelling the formwork as per drawing), spreadingthe concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of construction joints, applying curing of concrete slabs for 14-days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501. 7 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand of 2.5 F.M. and 2cm (3/4) Gauge approved stone grit in propottions of 1:2:4 on lintels of door and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I.Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire.
