Tender For Work No-13 Ward No-01 Ajgava To Renewal Of Route By Pc To Banda Sagar Bahraich Marg To Udhannapur Sampark Marg. - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming,crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to required density gr 3 as per T.S clause 405 2 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using manual means. Clause 502 3 Providing and Applying tack coat with0.30 kg /sqm with bitumen VG-10 grade surface clean by machanical broom all complete work. 4 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using bitumenVG10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. 5 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 6 Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 Technical Specification Clause 303.1. in Patri 7 Brick edging on both sides of the road of first brick class M--150 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep laid withmud mortar including labour & supply of brick finished to required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the engineer in charge of the work Including material, labour and T&P etc proper completion of the work
