Wc-H - Ploughing the existing ground to a depth of 15cm to 25cm and watering the same . 2 Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15days of its foolding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation. 3 Fine dressing of the ground. 4 Supplying of chlorpyriphos 20% E.C/ Lindane 20% E.C for anti termite treatment of plants @ 2ml./plant and in the interval 1 month up to one year i.e, 12 times in a year hence it comes 24ml/plant or 0.024ltr/plant. 5 Supply and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including roylty and carriagge up to 5km lead complete. ( Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for payment) 6 Spreading sludge dump manure and/ or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer in charge ( cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or directed by the officer in charge. 7 Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the officer in charge. 8 Supply and stacking of selection No. 1/doob grass at site fresh & free from weeds having proper roots in green including loading, unloading carriage and all taxes paid etc. and as per direction of officer in charge. 9 Grassing with selection No. 1/ Doob grasss including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth, if needed ( the grass and good earth shal be paid for separately). 10 Preparation of beds for hedging and shurbbery by excavation 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30cm, fefilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or mnaure in the ratio of 8:1 (part of stacked volume of earth after reductin by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8% ), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary watering ad finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as derected within a lead of 50m lift up to 1.5m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra a lead of 50m, lift up to 1.5m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately) 11 Providing and stacking of Putranjiva roxburghii of ht. 45.60 cm in bag of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge with Plantation of trees, shrubs, and hedge at site i/c watering and removal of unserveiceable materials as per direction of officer in charge(DSR/18/2.57/P-99)+(DSR/18/7.7/P-159) 12 Supply of Gypsm well packed at site in bags. 13 Supply of DAP at site in printed plasic bags. (market rate.) 14 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) manual means in foundation trenches or drains ( not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50mall kinds of soil 15 Providing laying, jointing and testing of PVC(Finolex make ring fit) of following dia 6kh/cm2 including all specials & fittings etc. as required for proper completion of work (The contractor has to arrange the source of water and require head for testing). (Ar/YEIDA). 16 Providing and fixing of hydrant with gate valve and all the fittings etc. complete. 32mm dia 17 Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, hergs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, purning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers ( whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office in charge ( cost of Good Earth, manure , fertilizer, insecticide pesticide will be provided by the department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material / articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in charge. 18 Play grounds/Public parks ( Mali for 2.00Acre.) 19 Providing profuse watering arrangement for lawn/Park at site to make avialable for irrigation i.e. Diesel engien & oil etc, RH Pipe/ Canvas pip & other T&P etc. in the proces of watering submerisible pump & accessories as per direction of officer in charge of work.
