Tender For Development Of Plots Behind Bss School At Amol Vihar Yojna - Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 metre (20) in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm (8) layers, including ramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 metre (5 fts) lifts and 30 m (100) lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30 metres (100 fts) lifts distance as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. SI. No.-251 2 Providing and laying of GSB (shanker garh)in road reparing all complete. 3 Providing and laying of WMM in road reparing all complete. 4 Providing and laying of tack coat all complete. 5 Providing and laying of prime coat all complete. 6 Providing and laying of 20mm Thick premixing all complete. 7 Providing and laying of seal coat all complete. 8 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loan clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 M (5fits.) and lead upto 30M (100fits) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavate earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charges up to a distance of 30m (100 fits.) from the foundation trenches. 9 Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement ;4 coarse sand ; 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors. 10 150-Class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sandmortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work. 11 12mm thick cement plaster in dedo or skirting in 1:4 consisting of one part of cement and 3 parts of approved coarse sand laid in panels, including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work. 12 P.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20mm gauge approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:2:4 inincluding supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 13 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in proportion of in (1:1.5:3) in slab workexcluding supply of reinforcement & its binding but including its fixing & bending the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I.binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all material ,T&P etc.required for proper completetion of the work. Bindig wire cost being included in the item. 14 Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work(when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & over lapping & hooks.
