Tender For Beautification Work In Nagar Panchayat Doghat - Exavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam,clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M.and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space beetween the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenchs .(where machine can not move) as per S.I. NO. 251 (a) 2 Concrete with 4 CM gauge brick ballast, fine sand of 1.25 F.M and cement, in the proportion of 12:6:1 in foundation and under the floor i/c supply of all materials,labour , T & Petc. required for proper completion of the work. as per S.I. No. 273 3 M -150 Brick Work with 1:4 (one cement & four fine sand mortar ) in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials,labour , T & Petc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. No 305. 4 R.C.C. Work with cement , approved coarse sand & 2 cm guage approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintelof doors & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending .but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials ,labour,Tools & plants etc.requered for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. But in lighter beam havingspans upto 6 M. as per S.I. NO. 289 5 R.C.C. Work with cement , approved coarse sand & 2 cm guage approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 but for slab 284 6 M.S.(tor steel or plain ) in plan work such as RC.C. Or R.B. Work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage ,bend,hooks,and authorised, overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire.as per S.I. NO. 504, 7 M -150 Brick Work with 1:4 (one cement &four fine sand mortar ) in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials,labour , T & Petc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. No 304 .but in superstructre including necessary cutting & moulding of bricks add extra labour to this item 305+309(4300.00+225.00=4525.00) 8 Cementconcrete with 2 cm gauge stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4 :2:1 includingsupply of all materials,labour , T & Petc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. No. 279(a). 9 12 mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand mortar in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not be less than 1 cm including supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. No.584(a). 10 M.S. Or iron work of small sizes and section such as holding down bolts ,hold fast tie rods grating etc.same as in item no. 502 above but in M.S. Grills / stair case,. raling /gates/trusher racks etc. As per schidule item no. 502 (A) . 11 Supply of birbed iron wire 12 supply of birbed iron wire labour only 13 Earth work in cutting or embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 M in depth and earth work in embankmentto be in 20 CM layers i/cramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also i/c 1.50M lift and 30 M lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as per spoil banks with in 30 M distance as directed by the Engineer incharge . complete in all respect as per SINO. 253(a) +261 b 14 Supply and laying of 80mm thick Precast cement concerete I-Shape Interlocking paver blocks with top layer of minimum 5 mm thickness having paln dimension 200x(160+120mm) of O.P. Cement , smooth high gloss finish, skid resistant; manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro-compression mechanism. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not less than 40Mpa (M-40) and weigt 4.5kg per No. confirming to IS: 15658-2006 including cost of material, with a blanket layer of 4.00cm.
