The place of sacrifice of the protector of Swarajya, Dharmaveer Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, is located at Tulapur, Haveli taluka and the place of burial is Smarak Vadhu (Buddha), Shirur taluka, Pune district. Swarajya Rakshak Dharmaveer Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj Balidan Sthal at Village Tulapur Tal. Haveli and Samadhi Sthal at Village Vadhu (Bk.) Tal. Shirur Dist. Pune-Providing and supplying Bronze Ingots of traditional type and of size 230 x 75 x 50 mm and weighing about 8-9 kgs composition of Copper (Cu)( 86% to 89%), Tin (Sn)( 7.5% to 9%), Zink (Zn)( 3% to 5%), Lead (Pb)( 0 to 0.3%), Iron (Fe)( 0 to 0.2%), Nickel (Ni)( 0 to 1%) . Maximum allowable variations shall be as per ASTM standards.Maximum allowable impurities (of e.g. steel, Lead) as per ASTM standardsMechanical and physical properties as per ASTM 584 are Tensile Strength-275.8 Mpa (Minimum), Yield Strength-124.1 Mpa ( Minimum), Elongation in 2 inch- 20 (minimum), Hardness (Rock well scale)- 70, Shear Strength- NA, Melting point (liquidus)- 1000, Melting point (solidus)- 850, Coefficient of Thermal Expansion 10⁻⁵ / K-18, Thermal conductivity W/m•K at 200c- 74.76The Bronze will be tested with spectrometer in NABL lab. The test methodsof contents are Lead- BS EN 15079-2015, Aluminum- SOP /CHE/00-Cu, Manganese- BS EN 15079-2015, Phosphorus- BS EN 15079-2015, Silicon- SOP /CHE/00-Cu.Note : Copper contents will be decided by subtracting the above contents.
