Outsoursing services for comprehensive maintenance of1 (One) No. OTIS make electric passenger lift of capacity 408 Kg/ 06 passenger lift of speed 0.7 m/sec with collective selective control operation AC variable voltage variable frequency drive electric door drive, stainless steel door and car enclosure for operation from ground floor to 5th floor (Five Opening) complete including replacement of all the spare parts including cleaning of door, lift cabin, inspection cabin etcfor smooth operation to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge and GE.at DGRE Building Chandigarh Make:- OTISNote:- (i) The maint should be got carriedout through the original manufactureras per the maintenance contract format enclosed as Appendix \"A\" at Sr Page No 96 to 103 of tender documents.(ii) Unless otherwise specified, all thespares required for replacement shall be procured from OTIS and fixed by the company\"s technical tradesmen. (iii) It will be obligatory on the part of the contractor to enter into an agreement with OTIS for annual maintenancewithin 15 days of conclusion of contractand a signed copy of the agreement will be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge and GE.
