| 36 | Design, Fabrication, supply of exhaust fan air duct (for 300mm/380mm exhaust fan) fabricated out of20 SWG GI sheet complete with splitters, turning vanes, transition pieces, bends, elbows, reducers,flanged joints with neoprene rubber gaskets, angle stiffeners (wherever required), exhaust duct, cowletc. All hardware like nuts, bolts and washers shall be GI. All flanged joints shall be made reasonablyairtight and all interior surfaces shall be smooth. Bends shall be made with throat radius not less thanone half the dimension of the duct in the direction of turn.Note :1) Scope of work includes breaking of wall & filling the leftover gaps in wall after placing the ductwith cement mortar, bricks etc. finishing by applying white cement & touch up painting of that areaby roller/brush etc. all as instructed by EIC.2) Agency has to made their own arrangement (ladder /scaffolding, zoola, etc.) for working at heightof 5-6 Mtr (approx). |
