Tender For Glove Box Installation And Associated Work In Block-106 Of Inrp, Nrb Tarapur; 1 Handling, transportation, cleaning, pickling & passivation of SS Glove boxes of different type and components from INRP stores to Block 106, assembly components like filter box, back panels, ICP etc on SS stands/platforms including leveling, alignment,tack welding, inspection asper technical specifications and drawings. 2 Butt/Nozzle/Miter welding of SS304L pipes, fittings, etc. by GTAW process using ER 308L filler wires with argon purging and shielding including LP examination on root and final pass of joints along with supply of all consumables and filler wires as per technical specifications.Pipes ≤1 shall be considered as 1 dia.of welds . 3 Fillet/Flange welding by GTAW process using ER 308Lfiller wires with argon purging and shielding including LP examination on root and final pass and supply of consumablesfor GBs/components/pipes as per technical specifications.Pipes ≤1 shall be considered as 1 dia.of welds . 4 Procurement, supply, fabrication, inspection and erection of stands/platforms made of SS304 material using box sections, angles and channels as per approved drawings and specifications. Cleaning and leveling of plate EPs for installation of stands/legs as per site requirement.Including Supply and installation of wheels and adjustable screw supports as per drawing and specifications. 5 Fabrication, machining, inspection, testing and installation ofGB Tunnelswith 3mm thick SS304L including collection of 3mm thick SS plate and supply of other material like SS bright bar/ring, glass panel and gaskets, O-Rings etc as per approved drawings and technical specfications.(Approx. Size- 400mmx600mmx600mm) 6 Fabrication, machining, inspection, testing and installation ofGB Tunnelswith 3mm thick SS304L including collection of 3mm thick SS plate and supply of other material like SS bright bar/ring, glass panel and gaskets, O-Rings etc as per approved drawings and technical specfications.(Approx. Size- 1900mmx600mmx600mm) 7 Procurement, supply, fabrication, installation painting of MS plates and other sections like flats, angles, channels. Beams, pipes for MS platforms, lining grids, staircase and othe structural work as per site requiremnt and instrcutions by engineer. 8 Supply , fabrication and erection of SS handrailing of 1000 mm height of flush welded construction using 40 NB Sch 10 ERW pipe conforming to SS304 with two horizontal rails and vertical pipes at maximum spacing of 1500 mm C/C including 100 mm x 6 mm toe plate, base plates, bend and all accessories and all operations such as cutting, bending, welding, grinding etc. for ladders/staircase as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
