Two Vertical Post Supply Fixxing & eraction of Built up Overhead Structure of 12 M -15M span compresing of three vertical posts of 6 m height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS Pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS Plate at top & 12 mm M S plate at at top & 12 mm MSPlate at Bottom . the Horizontal truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class M.S pipe and 40 mm dia heavy MS pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel plant . The work includes Construction of RCC Foundation of size0.90 x.90x1.50 m of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in Excavation 100 mm thick Lean Concrete in 1:3:6 ( cement coarse sand and 40 mm gauge S.B. ) RCC with 1:2:4 (ncement coarse sand and 20 mm stone grite ) including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia Foundation Bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinforcement & Shuttering The Lateral vertical clearences and complete Installation work shall be as per relavant clauses of MORTH &H specification section 800 and IRC 67 2010 Complete in all respect . The rate shall be Include cost of design Fabrication , supply trasportations, Local shifting Erection of Signge Structure using crane . inclusive of alltaxes etc . all T&P machine material and labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. 2 Retro Reflective Signs ( Type -XI Sheet ) Providingand fixxing retroreflective Signboards comprising of customised Modular PU Epoxy cated MS angle iron frame work almunium composite panel ( ACP ) as base board micro prismatic retro - reflective sheet and alectro cut coloured overlay film/ atex printing . The horizontal and vertical members including including outer member of the MS Frame module shall be made of pair MS Angle iron .No panel size shall be more thanone sqm and each panel shall be braced diagonally ( one way only ) wuth MS Angle .The MS frame module shall have length not more than3 mtr .The aluminium compsite panel ( ACP ) Shall have a thickness of4 mm with 0.50 mm thick skin of aluminium on both sides . The ACP Shall be fixed on the MS frame with pop riveting or with self taping SS srews 5 mm Dia spaced not more than 300 mm centere to centre ensuring that no riverting is seen on either face of frame . on thefront visible face of the ACP, micro prismatic retro- reflective sheetconforming to Type -XI of ASTM ;D 4956-09 shall be pressure fixedthe retro reflective sheetingshall be tested for 3 year outdoorwearthring test in Indian condition as per IRC 67-2012 & Proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded whilequoting tender .The rate shall including all material labour equipmentfabrication, tranportation erection installation and incidentals all copmlete as per direction of the Engineer -in- charge Signage on MS angle frame of (35 x35x 5 ) mm 3 S/Fixing of infomataryM.Ssign board Size (1.2x0.90) Made of 18 mm gauge M.S.Sheet fixed in ISA 40x40x5 mm frame supported in back side by 40x5 mm fiat iron on all four side along with two vertical pont of 2.15 mt from bottom of frame of angle iron ISA 40X40X5 mm with 150 mm long horizontal lag at bottom braded with 40x5 mm flat iron ellectrically welded and pointed with one coat red oxide primer S.S.
