    Bids Are Invited For Repair and Overhauling Service - na; na; Yes; Buyer Premises .REPAIR OF FOAM SMOTHERING TANK DRAINGAGE SYSTEM Shut off HP air supply to the pressurized foam smothering tank. 2. With the help of drain cock, drain the entire tank into a clean SS container. (SS container is to be provided by supplier). 3. Clean the internals of the foam smothering tank with dry cloth. 4. Dismantle all drain pipes of the foam smothering tank. 5. Dismantle pressure drain adaptors of the foam smothering tank, 6. Flush through adaptors with fresh water. 7. Dip the adaptors in diesel for 24 hours. 8. Clean the adaptors with dry cloth. 9. Inspect the material condition of the pressure adaptors, overhaul/ undertake metal build up if necessary. 10. Assemble pressure adaptors back to the drainage tank. 11. Assemble all system pipelines with the foam smothering tank. Replace all gaskets. 12. Refill the foam smothering tank. Top up, if necessary. 13. Open HP air supply to foam smothering system Total Quantity :
