tender for Work of repair of 2 No. VT pump sets at WTP for temporary works, not included in the original Chambal– Sawaimadhopur- Nadauti Project, to supply 16 MLD water to 109 villages of Package–II of this Project and partial supply to karauli and Gangapur City. Sl. No. Item Description 1 Rewinding of three phase induction motor of 1400 to 2800 rpm of vertical turbine pump set of 180 KW including all necessary material and of the same characteristics as original with required size of super enameled wire ‘E’ class insulation material and testing etc. as required replacement of material or component shall be used as per guideline of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by contractor. This work inclusive of replacement of 2 Nos. bearing DE/NDE 6319, C3/ 6319 C-3 of VT Pump set. Also inclusive of de installation, re installation of motor at site, unloading of motor, Transportation of motor from site to work shop and after rewinding from workshop to site. Work includes making proper electric connection of motor and testing the motor in the Presence of Engineer in charge. 2 Rewinding of three phase induction motor 3 Providing, lowering, aligning, fixing in position in pipe line, DI double flanged resilient seated Dual plate check valve of approved make of following Pressure rating & dia complete, as per API: 594/ API: 598 and of following specifications: Body & Bonnet of Ductile cast iron of grade GGG40/GGG50 as per DIN 1693 or GRSG-400/12 as per IS 1865 or equivalent grade as per IS :3896-part2-1985 and subsequent revisions, Disc / plates - SG-400/12 or CF-8M,Face to face dimensionsas per API: 594 , Flanges Drilled as per IS:1538. Electrostatic Epoxy Powder(EP-P) /Fusion Bonded Epoxy (Non-Toxic & suitable for drinking water) coated with minimum thickness of 250 micron applied on body and cover inside and outside .Disc seal ring of EPDM/ Neoprene (food grade quality) and disc seal retaining ringof SS/CS. Shaft of SS- AISI- 410 , Hinge SS AISI 316/304,Spring SS AISI316/304,Bonnet Gasket EPDM ,Bush- Brass with EPDM/NBR O ring seal, Nut-Boltconfirming to IS:1363 and IS: 1367 (galvanised steel) , Insertion rubber of black EPDM 6mm thick .Suitable support structure as per directions of EIC includingjointing & jointing material, labour, testing and commissioning along with pipelineas per Technical Specification & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 4 Class PN 1.6, 200 mm dia
