    Tender For Term Contract For Artificers Works In Zone ‘B’ Area Under Ge (I) Gos.; To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded, and as are enumerated in the aforersaid MES Schedule during the period of one year from the date mentioned on acceptance letterat the rates contained in the MES Standard Schedule of rates Part-I (Specifications) 2009 and Part-II (Rates) 2020 together with Errata/ amendments No 1 to 3 for Part-I and Errata/ amendments No 1 to 59 for Part-II referred as MES Schedule.Notes (i) Tenderer shall insert percentage at precriibed space provided in the BOQ(ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or Less (-) in thesheet to quote the percentage Above or Below SSR part II -2020 Rates(iii) Amount inserted bythe MES under Rate column and the total amount arrived at in this sheet is approximate and for reference only.Being term contract work shall be ordered and priced at the SSR Part-II (2020) Rates and adjusted byquoted percentage by the contractor in terms of condition 4A of IAFW-2249 forming part of contracts.
