    Repair And Maintenance Of 12 Nos. Air Conditioning Units In Blood Centre, Emergency Microbiology Lab And Epabx Room Of 1.5 2 Tr Capacity Each At Gmch, Jammu-Repair and maintenance of 12 No. Air conditioning units in Blood Centre, Emergency microbiology lab and EPABX Room of 1.5/2 TR capacity each at GMCH, Jammu by way of refilling of specified refrigerant (R22/R32/R410) as per sample in various air conditioners after rectification of leakages in copper piping circuit, if any, with the help of copper brazing-10 kg. Repair to damaged parts by way of providing and fitting of PCB’s-06nos, capacitors-10nos, MCB-40/36A-07 nos. Replacement of damaged voltage stabilizer of 5KVA- 5 nos. along with allied works including electric wiring. Repair to old wornout voltage stabilizers by way ofcomplete rewinding of coils ofvoltage stabilizers-6 nos. Repair to old wornout/damaged compressors by way of providing and fitting of compressors as per sample along with refrigerant charging- 8 nos. Repair to outdoor unit fan motors by way of dismantling of old wornout/damaged ODU motors, replacement/rewinding of ODU fan motors, installation of ODU motors in position and testing and commissioning of installed motors- 5 nos. Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials required for execution of job and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification for the summer season of 2025. Moreover, all the electro-mechanical materialsused should conform to relevant IS/BIS/CE standards and codes.
