    Complete Repairing Of Vrv Vrf Air Conditioning Units Complete Circuit Including 12 Nos. Outdoor Unit And 04 Nos. Ahus For Gynae Operation Theatres 04 Nos. Installed At Govt. Maternity Child Hospital, Gandhi Nagar , Jammu-Complete Repairingof VRV/VRF Air Conditioning Units Complete Circuit including 12 Nos. Outdoor Unit and 04 Nos. AHUs For Operation Theatres(04 Nos.) installed at Govt. Maternity Child Hospital, Gandhi Nagar , Jammu by way of Replacement of defunct compressor of 1 no. outdoor unit by way of dismantling the old defunct compressor and Providing and installation of Dakin Make 12 HP compressor-1 no .The job including brazing/flaring, welding work, pressure testing of unit with nitrogen, and vacuumizing of line and compressor. The job includes providing of refrigerant R410A &circuit gas charging-30 kgs . Before charging of gas, it is checking for leakages of gas in circuit including brazing / flaring, welding work, pressure testing and vacummization of circuit line for gas charging.The job also includes replacement of defunct indoor PCB of AHU by way of dismantling the old and providing and installation of Indoor PCB-02 No. as per sample including electrical specifications.The job also inludes complete rewinding of motor of AHUs-01 No. by way of dismatling the motor from AHU and shiting the same to workshop and then complete rewinding of rotor assembly including varnishing andfitting the motor assembly after repair and shifting back the motor to site for fitting to AHU.The job includes providing and fitting of AHUs belt-04 nos.The job includes complete testing of Operation theatrecircuit including 12 nos. Outdoor ,4 no. AHUs after repair and gas charging of circuit . The complete job includes cost of material , skilled labour charges , transporation and carriage charges , tool and tackles cahrges and taxes.
