Tender For Term Contract For Artificers Works At Various Locations Of Age B/R (Ii) Khundru Under Ge 861 Ews ; Execution of works ordered by various work orders through requistions placed on (IAFW-1833) with limitation of amount as per terms and conditions of IAFW-2249 forming part of contract including errata 1 to 20 and amendments 1 to 48 all as per terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents at the rates contained in the MES Standard Schedule of rates Part II - 2020 [ Rates] including Preambles and Standard schedule of rates part I-2009 (specification) including errata 1 to 3 for SSR part-I and amendments 1 to 122 for SSR part- II - 2020 [Rates] complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note - (i) Tenderer shall insert percentage at the appropriate cell of this BOQ excel sheet (ie Cell No. F16)(ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or less (-) in Cell No. E16to quote the percentage above or below SSR Part-II - 2020 [Rates], if0 % is quoted the same shall be treated as at par with SSR Part-II 2020 [Rates]. (iii) The estimated rate amount inserted by the MES in Item No 1.01 Column 5 of this BOQ as Rs. 100/-and the total amount extended/reflected in Item No 1.01 Column 6 as Rs. 100/- of this BOQ is the amount of tentative work done at PAR SSR Part-II 2020 [Rates] including amendment No 01 to 122 and the same is only intended to obtain contractors quoted percentage above/below SSR Part-II 2020 [Rates].Tender Being Term Contract, Work Orders will be placed duly priced at rates given in SSR Part-II-2020 [Rates] including all amendments as on end date of receipt of tender and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the Tenderer(s) on this page.Tender shall be accepted on the basis of percentage inserted or quoted by the tenderer in Cell No. F16 under Column 5 of this BOQ excel sheet.(iv) The cumulative amount of work orders including quoted percentage and deviations shall not to exceed the amount mentioned in Appendix A to NIT.
