Providing And Installation Of Chlorine Machineries And Electromechanical Accessories For Dolpur P/H Of Jhantipahari Water Supply Scheme Under Bankura Mechanical Division Phe Dte, Block Chhatna Dist Bankura.- 1 Withdrawing of damaged chlorine machine from foundation, after dicconection of all electrical line and water line etc. and also remove all pipe line and drum to installed a new pumping machineries as per direction of EIC. 2 Supply ,delivery and storage at site of automatically controlled diaphragm type chlorinator chlorinator dosing pump with flow rate 100lph and maximum pressure of 10kg/cm2 with all accessories for pump & motor,foundation bolt ,suction and discharge flange with storage tank of dosing solution of 100 ltr.Capacity and the prime mover to be coupled with pump of 0.5H.P ,3phase,1450 rpm ,squirrel cage TEFC induction motor ,motor will be IE3.Make:-swellore/positive 3 Installation and commissioning of the above supplied Chlorinator with all accessories,PVCtank and drawing of power line as per IE rules by supplying of necessary wire and continuous earthing.This is include the cost of all necessary CC foundation [at least 200mm height]with concrete mixture[sand,cement,stone,chips] and neat cement finish by supplying of required materials and testing the entire set as per direction of EIC.[Power will be feed from PLC panel of puming machinery] 4 Supply fitting fixing LED street light luminaries, 90W (BRP333 LED110 CW RSC FG PSU SI SPD), make-philips with fitting complete with all fixing items and pole, clamp etc. as per direction of EIC. 5 Painting of pump suction line, Delivery line, rusted suice valve NRV, centrifugal pump-04 nos and pump base with 2 coats of synthetic enamel 5 paint after one coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming of approval mate & brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emerv paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint 6 Charges for transportation with loading and unloading of old centrigugal 6 mpimping machineries and others unused material at site from pump house toBankura mechanical store. (15km apx) 7 Add: 18% GST 8 Add: 1% Cess
