    Tender For Supplying Of Class Room Chairs Student / Classroom Chair Seat/Back Assembly:-The seat and back should be made up of at least 15 mm. thick hot-pressed plywood, upholstered with high quality fabric is elegant and supremely soft to touch breathable fabric and moulded Polyurethane foam . The back foam is to be designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. The seat is supported on 3 nos of Flat of size 32x6 mm and back supported on 2 nos of flat of size 32x6 mm each with having capusule hole to fix seat and back with D Nut. All the flats to be welded from both sides i.e upside and downside properly. All open pipes to be fixed by rubber shoes. DIMENSIONS: Description Dimensions Overall Height 90.0 cm Back Size: 44.0cm. (W) X 50.cm. (H) 44.0cm. (W) X 50.cm. (H) Seat Size: 44.0cm. (D) X 44.0cm. (W) 44.0cm. (D) X 44.0cm. (W) ±3% variations in dimensions are accepted Colour :Colour of the Chair will be decide d by competent authority. Polyurethane Foam:The Polyurethane foam should be moulded with density of 45 ± 2kg/m3 and Hardness of 20 (±2) on Hampden machine at 25% compression. The seat and back foam should have a thickness of at least 60mm Chair Frame :The chair frame should be of Leg type & made of Dia 2.54cm (1”) x 14 BG thick M.S. E.R.W. round pipe ,welded by Co2 welding process for uniform surface finish and higher tensile strength perforation. The finish of the frame should be thermo set powder coating epoxy polyester hybrid harness (pencil) HB.74 and impact resistant and with a thickness of 50-60 microns AS PER S
