Work involves: Damaged skirt boardRemoval and fixing of new fabricatedSkirt board with frame(8mm plate) 4 Ship Unloader skirt replacement (one unit Refers one side of the skirt)Work involves: Replacement of damagedSkirt, connected frames etc. 5 Providing Conveyor screen belts of Any width barge loading point andGo down entrance to arrest dust omission As per instruction.Work involves: Removal of Damaged belts and corroded supporting structurals,Fixing new supportingmembers/belt etc. 6 Replacement of Conveyor drumsWork involves: Arresting the conveyor Belts after loosening the gravity take ups, Replacing the damaged conveyor drum with new drums, repair of drum mounting Structural (if required) and Plummer blocks, Releasing the clamps and lining up theConveyor 750 mm Series 7 Conveyor drum changing 1200mm seriesand 1000 mm series. 8 Scrapper with frame providing on various Conveyors. 9 Conveyor drum relining jobs: Work involves: Loosening the gravity Take ups and arrest Conveyor belts, cleaning the damaged Surfaces, cutting andpreparation of lining plates raping and welding thesame on the drum surfaces As per instruction, release the Conveyor and Lining up the Conveyor.750, 1000 & 1200 mm Series 10 Replacement of Ship Unloader rope guard on Aux. trolley and main trolley.
