| 1 | Sprinkling of water by hiring and running 10,000 Litre capacity water tanker fitted with sprinkler as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The water tankers should be equipped/designed for discharging the water through nozzle of 2mm to 4mm dia to give shower effect of water droplets (Nozzles should be available on front, rear, top and both sides). The potable/treated effluent/ raw water shall be used in the water tanker to be arranged by the agency at his own cost including provision of GPS photography/ videography, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of all above mentioned operations, cost of GPS photography/videography, driver, helper, fuel & other consumables including water. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.NOTE: 1. The agency will have to submit the receipt/vouchers for purchase/ procurement of water from the approved source before processing the Bill.2. GPS Photographs of the site after cleaning is done, to be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge on every cleaning day.3. Penalty at double the agreement rate will be imposed on the agency for non satisfactory compliance, in addition to action as per other terms and condition of the agreement.4. The sprinkler may be required to be deployed at site on short notice (within 24 Hours) or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge . 5. Any challan from MCD, CPCB etc. issued for non sprinkling of water on roads shall be paid by the agency/contractor at his own cost. |
| 2 | Cleaning of sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line Note : The operation should be videographed with GPS enabled Video Camera for entire stretch of sewer line cleaned and to be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge in CD or pendrive without which payment will not be made. Nothing extra shall be payable on this account.Note : Any challan from MCD, CPCB etc. issued for non cleaning of sewer line shall be paid by the agency/ contractor at his own cost. |

| 5 | Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed precast RCC Rectangular covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8mm dia TMT bars of Fe500 grade @ maximum 100 mm c/c on both ways, neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick, 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted with priming coat, reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos 12mm dia bar for hooks etc. including cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (All covers must be engraved with Grade, RMD-1/DDA, Month & Year of Manufacturing in MM/YY form & Trademark etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge). |

| 9 | Cleaning & Sweeping of roads, footpaths, berms, central verge, gully trap chambers, CC path, parking, brick pavements, path, bell mouths, kerb channel, open drains (without drain covers) etc. including removal of unclaimed dumped malba, wild/unwanted bushes, grass, dead animals etc. and disposal of the same to the nearest MCD dustbin or dumping site as approved by Engineer-in-charge including providing necessary T&P like brooms, phawaras, carts, safety equipment to the Environment Assistant and following NGT, CPCB guidelines etc. all complete to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.Note : i) Dumping charges (if any) shall be borne by the agency and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. ii) GPS photographs of the site after cleaning & sweeping is done in all respect as mentioned above to be submitted for each cleaning day to the Engineer-in-charge for which nothing extra shall be payable and no payment will be made without submission of G.P.S photographs. iii) Any challan from MCD, CPCB etc. issued for non cleaning/burning of garbage on roads shall be paid by the agency/contractor at his own cost. iv) Minimum number of labours must be deployed as per MCD norms. |
