Supply, delivery and laying of additional Cable, pipe & erection of fencing arrangement with other allied accessories at T/W no.-II of Khasjungle W/S Scheme at Binpur-I Block in the district of Jhargram under Jhargram Mechanical Division P.H.E Dte.- 1 1.1 KV grade 4 core 10 mm2 Al armoured LT XLPE Insulated,Power cable as per IS-694.(Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no. 2783/79/F/2018 dated 25.03.2025 with latest amendments.) Cable for Pumpmotor. 2 Supply, delivery and installation of 2 mm thick, powder coated anticorosive painted G.I.Fabricated outdoor mounted kenopy type Cable Jointing Box having four legs and six nos. 100 Amps Al Bus bar, hinje type front having IP 55 protection &locking arrangement including earthing as per direction of E I C 3 80mm dia heavy type suitable length MS Black pipes (medium quality)(for connecting main delivery header,backwash line for pump along with necessary bends, specials, fittings , viz flanges, bolts, nuts, gaskets, concentric enlarger , MS dismenteling joint,etc. including providing MS/Bricks/PCC support for laying of pipes as required to make the installation complete .( this includes the cost of supply , delivery of common header and shortpiece of req. length) 4 Surface dressing and preparation of the ground after removal of shurbs, single brick flat soling of picket bricks including ramming and dressing bed upto required level and filling joints with local sand as per complete satisfaction of E.I.C. 5 Wire net fencing 1.22 mtr high from ground level approximately 3mtr x 3 mtr. area and 2 mtr. wide Gate with Galvanized Iron angle support at least 12 nos. ISA65 medium Grade. 6 Supplying and fixing of compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry ofcable (as in item no.1) all complete as per direction of E.I.C. 7 Finishing the end of cable by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materialsall complete as per direction of E.I.C. 8 Laying of cable ,delivery pipe (item no. 1 & 3) as in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection onthe top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed all complete as per direction of E.I.C. 9 Add GST @ 18 % 10 Add Cess @ 1 %
