1. Rates to be quoted should be firm and item wise both in words & figures. In case of any discrepancy in figures and words then the rate written in words will be considered final.2. The quoted rates should be worked out taking into consideration, the stipulated load for the vehicle. In case overloading of vehicle, is found by the department the carriage rates will be reduced by 50% while making the payment to the contractor.3. GST shall be taken care of by the deptt. As per Sr. No. 1.13.
