| 1 | Construction of drive pit of 7 m length, 2.0 m width and 2.50 m depth from top of existing GL with all necessary excavation renching, necessary shoring with close plank walling, framing, UC/Jham ballah piling, strutting etc. bailing out water from pit construction of hrust bed and thrust wall with concrete M-20 and as per desing with all precaution and safety measures to prevent any soil collapse and safety of railway track/road (this item also includes the cost of dismantling thrust wall after completion of the work and filling upto its original condition as per specification, disposing excavated extra earth to a lead of 75 M from the pits). |
| 2 | Placement of 600 mm dia MS pipe below the railway track/road in proper line, alignment and depth as per direction of E.I.C by hydraulic jack pushing method including lowering the pipe segment to the drive pit and jointing the pipe segment with welding (not less than 3 runs ) with all necessary excavation from inside the pipe, fixing of intermediate jacking station at an interval of 10 mtr. if necessary and retrieving the driving shield and cleaning of pipe etc. all complete with hiring of necessary materials, machinery and labour including lowering, insertion, placing & jointing of 600 mm dia MS pipe as per direction & satisfaction of EIC.(The rate includes disposing of excavated earth with a lead of 75M from the drive pit )(cost of gas cutting and welding is not included in this item will be paid separately. | 3 | Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.(out side of 600 mm dia casing). |
| 4 | Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary :On steel or other metal surface.With other than hi-gloss of approved quality. Two coats (with any shade except white). |
| 5 | Making field joint to M.S. Pipes and specials of different dia laid in excavated trench by full penetration V-groove butt welding of joints with multiple run as per IS specifications with qualified welders using Electrodes of proper gauge made of Advani Oerlikon , D and HS or ESAB Conforming to IS 814 (Part I) . The welding qualification test is to be conducted by the Contractor at his own cost only picecs of pipe will be issued free of cost for weld test,with ultrasonic testing of welding joints. |
| 6 | Gas cutting of different M.S Pipes and Specials to required length grinding and finishing (bevelling suitable for V-Groove butt welding) all complete including cost of hire and fuel charges of grinder, labour charges, consumables transportation as per specification and direction of EIC. |

| 9 | Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sort of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary) cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placking in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every inter-section, complete as per drawing and direction.i) Other than SAIL/TATA/RINL a) For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor / upto 4m. |

| 14 | Hire and labour charges for 75 mm dia bamboo railing on Jhau/Eucalyptus or other approved timber\bamboo posts 1.4 m above G.L and 0.60 m below G.L including tying strongly with coir ropes and boring holes for posts in any soil/ concrete surface/Bituminious surface packing the sides etc including cost of carriage of all materials and labour complete including cost of restoration to the damages of the ground to its original condition as per direction of Engineer in charge after removing the barricade.(Cost of restoration would be paid separately). a) 75mm. dia bamboo railing & 125mm. dia Jhau/Eucalyptus/other approved timber posts @ 1.60m apart (i) Railing with 4 rows. |

| 17 | Filling the pipe lines with water, testing hydraulically as per IS : 3114-1965 (Articles-6) in section of a length not exceeding 500 mtr. for head of pressure as per specification including supplying installing and fixing all equipment such as diesel generator/pump set, blank fange, pressure gauge with valves, pressure pump and all others tools and plants including drilling, tapping and pluging of necessary holes to pipes, blocking ends providing thrust blocks and subsequent blocking of holes and other jointing materials and dismanting and removal of the same including disposal of water etc. all complete as per specification and direction of E.I.C. The rate inclusive of cost of requisite water to be arranged by the contractor.250mm dia pipe. |
