Tender For Electrical Utility Shifting Work In Widening Of Baberu-Oran Sampark Marg Under Edd, Banda - The work of erection of 11 KV HT & LT Lines due to shifting of above lines from Vill. Baberu to Bhurane Purwa for widthening/extension of Road from Baberu-Oran Sampark Marg fed from 33/11 KV Sub-Station, BABERU of EDSD, BABERU under FULL DEPOSIT SCHEME 2024-25 under EDD, BANDA, including carriage of all required material from ESC Banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. The bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. Any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. The material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard including transportation, if any. Details of the work as given below ;- 2 Safe cartage of PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr. Long from ESC to site of work. 3 Safe cartage of ST Pole 11 Mtr. Long from ESC to site of work. 4 Cartage of line Material Viz. conductor, Wire, Cross Arm, Earthing, XLPE/ABC Cable, insulators, pins, Stay, clamps, channel, angle etc. 5 Erection of PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr. Longas single Support Structure, including complete HT/LT fittings of all related accessories as per direction of Engineer Incharge/RESSPO Manual. 6 Erection of ST Pole 11 Mtr. Longas single Support Structure, including complete HT/LT fittings of all related accessories as per direction of Engineer Incharge/RESSPO Manual. 7 Erection of PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr. Longas Double Pole Structure, including complete HT/LT fittings of all related accessories as per direction of Engineer Incharge/RESSPO Manual. 8 Erection of ST Pole 11 Mtr. Longas Double Pole Structure, including complete HT/LT fittings of all related accessories as per direction of Engineer Incharge/RESSPO Manual. 9 Concreting/Grouting of newly erected single pole structure on 8.5/11 Mtr. PCC/ST poles as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each),including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement, including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 10 Concreting/Grouting of newly erected double pole structure on 8.5/11 Mtr. PCC/ST poles as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each),including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement, including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 11 Erection of stay set complete at digging of pit including the cost of grouting with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone in ratio 1:4:8 as per RESSPO norms alongwith nozeling & binding of stay set, stay. 12 Fixing of earthing rod as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual, including the cost of labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 13 Laying and sagging of ACSR of Weasl/Dog conductor with stringing, binding & jumpering, including with fixing of all material as per site requirement for 11 KV Lines. 14 Laying and sagging of ABC Cable 3x120+1x95+1x16 / 3x50+1x35+1x16 Sq.mm., including with all material as per site requirement. 15 Erection & fixing of LT Distribution Boxes on single pole/double poles including with ABC Cable. 16 Supply & erection/fixing of Danger Board with clamp & nut-bolts alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). 17 Dismentling & removal of existing/erected old & damaged PCC/STP/Joist/Rail Pole as Single/Double Pole structure with its accessories from old lines due to shifting and loading/unloading & cartage of dismentled line material (Scrape)/poles from site to store. 18 Chopping of Tree Branches Coming in the vicinity of the lines during execution of the above works. 19 Supply & erection/fixing of Cross Arm Holding Clamp with Nuts-bolts & washers alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). 20 Supply & erection/fixing of F-Bracket with Nuts-bolts & washers alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). 21 Supply & erection/fixing of MS Top Channel alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). 22 Supply & erection/fixing of MS Dropper Channel alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). 23 Supply & erection/fixing of Clamps for channel with Nuts-bolts & washers alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). 24 Supply & erection/fixing of MS Bracing Angle with clamps & Nuts-bolts & washers alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). 25 Supply & erection/fixing of Suspension Clamp with I-hook with Nuts-bolts alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). 26 Supply & erection/fixing of Dead End Clamp with Eye Bolts for ABC alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost).
