The Door Frame Will Have A Rebat Of 32Mm. Door Frame Section Of 63.5X100mm Of Echon/Hardyplast/Rajshri Make,Providing And Fixing 28 -30 Mm Thick Solid Wood Polymer Composite(Wpc) Single Extruded Door Shutter With 3Mm Top And Bottom Rigid Layer With An Overall Density Not Less Than 600-750Kg/Cum Of Echon Make/Hardyplast/Woodtech/ Rajshri,Supply Of Door Shutters Made Of Rigid Pvc Extruded Hollow Section With The Wall Thickness Of 1.0Mm More Or Less 0.1Mm. The Shutter Frame Is Made Of 30Mm X 79Mm With The Wall Thickness Of 1.5Mm More Or Less 0.15Mm Section Mitre-Cut And Joined At 4 Corners With 125Mm X 225Mm Plastic Brackets. The Shutter Shall Be Horizontally Reinforced With 2 Nos Of 8Mm Pvc Rods. Teak Wood Batons Shall Be Reinforced Inside The Door Shutter During The Fabrication Of The Door Shutter At Those Points Wherever The Hardware Is Fixed Onto The Door Shutter
