| 10 | Demolishing the Existing brickwork of required size and depth ( Size upto 45x25x60 cm ) for providing the pedestals, clearing the debris away from the work site and finishing the Gaps with required brick work, Tiles flashing, plastering, painting all complete as per the direction fo the Engineer in charage. |
| 11 | Providing and admixing polymer adhesive bonding and water proofing priming coat like CERA LATEX SBR of M/s Cera Chemicals by mixing 5 parts of cement to 1 part of latex and 1 part of water to a lump free consistency bonding slurry well into the terrace surface thickness not in excess of 2 mm all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 12 | Making haunching around BTS slab with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement, 2 Coarse sand, 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) mixed with polymer latex like CERA LATEX SBR of M/s Cera Chemicals or equivalent at 2 litres per bag of cement including finishing the surface etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.a) Of size 10cm width x 10cm depth. |
| 13 | Labour charges for fixing in position 12 nos ofanchor bolts of size up to 20mm dia and 500mm long in RCC pedastals as per the drawing with necessary supporting arrangements completeas directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 14 | Developing the column reinforcement in terrace by making 12 numbers of holes of 14mm dia (per pole structure) by drilling a depth upto 150mm including cleaning the surface by blowing air, injecting resin grout of HIT - RE 500 ( HILTI BRAND or equivalent) and fixing 12 mm dia TMT bar dowels in position including all labour and machinary in RCC work all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Reinforcement bar shall be paid for separately) |
