Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lifts installed lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MoU with OEM of liftM/s TK Elevator India Pvt Ltd) by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipmentsand carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner suitable forserving Ground + six to eight floor i.e total seven to nine landings with electric poweroperated doors, auto electric levelling device complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(a) Short Range :- Block No P-174 to P-178 Make of Lift:- M/s TK Elevator India Pvt LtdCapacity of Lifts :- 08 & 13 Passengers lift, Total lift = 10 Nos lifts(b) Kirby Place : Block No P-85 to 87 Make of Lift:- M/s TK Elevator India Pvt LtdCapacity of Lifts :- 08 and 13 Passengers liftTotal lift = 06 Nos lifts, Period - 01 Each MonthNotes:-(i) The comprehensive maintenance shall be done through respective OEMof existing lifts i.e. ofM/s TK Elevator India Pvt Ltd. (ii) Retreived items are property of OEM.(iii) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularlyand systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and when required for smoothand efficient functioning of the equipment/lift.(iv) The contractor has to submit job card of OEM.(v) Contractor need to submit Safety Security Certificate of lifts from OEM
